General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Craniosacral Therapy Practice
Invoicing and payment terms
An invoice will be issued for the craniosacral therapy services provided.
The invoice must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.
A reimbursement form for the health insurance company will be sent to the patient by email together with the invoice.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the agreed appointment, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the agreed appointment, a fee of 100% of the treatment costs will be charged.
Contact and availability
Cancellations and other notifications can be made by telephone or email.
It is recommended that cancellations be communicated as early as possible to avoid unnecessary costs.
Disclaimer
The practice accepts no liability for the non-reimbursement of treatment costs by health insurance companies.
Treatment is carried out at the patient's own risk.

All personal data relating to patients will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or necessary for billing purposes with health insurance companies.
